Individualized On-line Training
This is a great option for clients who are interested in training with
me, but are unable to, whether due to geographic or financial
concerns. Every four weeks, you will receive a new program, based on
your own individual goals and equipment access, outlining your workouts
for the period. Descriptions of each exercise are included. Also
included are
unlimited e-mail and phone support.
This product is also a great supplement for Small Group and Corporate /
Small Business Training clients who are training with me fewer than 3
days per week.
On-line Training Packages
Ongoing, monthly programming designed around your preferences,
goals and equipment access. This is an affordable option for those who
want quality programming, written by a professional and geared for home
workouts with minimal equipment. We have bodyweight, kettlebell,
strength training and medley options. The workouts follow a
progression, from novice to advanced trainee. You decide when you are
ready to take your training to the next level. You also have the
option of changing the type of training you are doing on a monthly
basis, so if you want to spend 3 months of the year focusing on
conditioning or fat loss with kettlebells, then move to a more general
training program witht the medley program for a few months, and then
get six months of hardcore strength training in the fall and winter,
you have that flexibility.
