Fit Camp

Fit Camp is a group training program that integrates 7 key components of fitness:  Full body strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, balance, core strength, stability, agility and mobility.  We use fun and challenging movements to develop each of these characterisitics.

This hour long workout will help you increase your fitness level, reach your goals and develop your body to meet the demands of life and sport.  Classes run Monday through Friday, giving you the option of attending as many days per week as you choose.
