Everyday Athletes of Cape Cod is a strength and conditioning company,
built on the core standards of strength, quality movement and
athleticism. While clients come to us with many different goals in
mind, including weight loss, increased strength and increased quality
of movement or athleticism, each of us have developed inefficiencies in
our movement over the years that left unchecked, will eventually lead
to injury and discomfort.
Therefore, our first goal with each client is to assess their movement
patterns, their strengths and their weaknesses. By determining these
three things, we are able to design programs for each client based on
their individual needs, while still addressing the goals they came to
us with.
