Everyday Athletes of Cape Cod is a strength and conditioning company owned and operated by Pete Janson.  Pete focuses on helping clients achieve their fitness goals in one-on-one, small group and large class settings.  He has worked with clients to achieve:

Pete also provides online programming for clients who want to train our of their homes, but do not want to hire an in-home trainer.
